Dr. Michelle Carlstedt PT, DPT, GCS

Founder, Owner, & Clinician

Growing up in an active family and playing sports at both the high school and collegiate level, Michelle has always had a passion for health and exercise. She attended the University of Toledo where she worked as a personal trainer for three years and obtained her bachelors degree in exercise science. It was during this time she felt limited in what she could provide to clients and ultimately decided to pursue a degree in Physical Therapy.

Michelle graduated in 2021 from Western Carolina University as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. She then moved to Denver, Colorado and completed a post-graduate residency in Geriatrics (older adults). Michelle now also holds specialization in pelvic floor physical therapy treating pregnant and postpartum athletes and women of all ages who struggle with pelvic floor issues.

As a mom of one, Michelle is most passionate about helping women navigate the difficulties of pregnancy & postpartum. She is also passionate about helping adults age actively and gracefully. Her trainings have equipped her with knowledge and expertise in that she is eager to share with the community.
